The South Louisiana Jamboree kicks off 2025 Indoor Volleyball season AND introduces the BOYS division!  The event is hosted at Pennington Student Activity Center (SLU) in Hammond, LA and area schools, and welcomes both Girls and Boys 10-18U!

This event is currently SOLD OUT! Teams can still register and be put on the waitlist.

JAMBOREE RULES & NOTES:

Tournament Format: 3 Matches Guaranteed | Each match is 2 sets to 25, no cap (no 3rd set). No bracket play for girls division. 
Pool Waves - AM Wave will begin at 8:30AM. Courts will open at 7:30AM. PM Wave will begin at 1:00PM 

• Boys' division One Day Tournament will begin in pool play with a minimum of 3 matches guaranteed before reaching single elimination bracket play. 

Ref Team Duties: R1, R2, scoreboard, and line judge (2). Scorebook/libero tracking will be kept for practice training only.

  • NOTE - Per 2D Sports Volleyball policy, a coach MUST R2 any match that is 14U or younger.

Roster/Jersey Rules: Teams will not have to present their rosters before the match: Rosters will be checked upon coach check in. Since this is a jamboree, teams are NOT required to have matching uniforms, but must have numbered shirts, pennies, or jerseys nor contrasting libero jerseys. No substitution rules are in effect. 

Team Warm-Ups: Warm Up: 2 minutes shared court, 6 minutes for first game of the day followed by 4 minutes for each team. Please serve during this time. Timeouts: 30 Seconds.

Score: Games will not be scored or recorded on the 2D site as these games are pre-season jamboree games and will not affect a team's season record or points. 

Awards: Medals & Merchandise will be handed out to Champions & Finalists in the gold bracket for one day tournament boys' teams only. NO awards for Pre-Season Jamboree events for girls. 

[CASHLESS GATE] Our cashless system provides a more secure transaction and experience for both the customer and staff. Credit/debit cards will only be accepted at the gate. No cash will be accepted. Gate fees are $12/day General Admission, 10 & Under free. Military (ID) / Senior (65+) are $7/day. Coaches will sign in at the gate & receive a wristband.
